Alumni Association Board Teams
Teams of the Association Board were established to create University/alumni networks and to ensure the planning and implementation of programs and services that advance the University as a whole.
The Nominating Team prepares and presents a slate of candidates to the Association Board in accordance with the procedures specified in the Bylaws.
Strategic Planning Team
The Strategic Planning Team develops and implements short and long term goals and objectives for the Association Board. The Strategic Plan shall be reviewed annually by the Association Board.
The Alumni-Student Networking Team
The Alumni-Student Networking Team develops and implements, in conjunction with the Office of Career Services, an Alumni –Student Networking Program to include an Alumni-Student Career Mentoring Program, Alumni Speakers’ Bureau, Alumni Career Fairs, and networking workshops and socials.
Alumni Recognitions and Awards Team
The Alumni Recognitions and Awards Team assists in the planning, promotion, selection, and coordination of recognitions and awards for alumni and friends of the University.
Communications and Marketing Team
The Communications and Marketing Team plans and implements, in conjunction with University-wide initiatives (admissions, advancement, career services, and athletics), strategies to inform and engage alumni in the work of the Association Board and the University as a whole.
Chapter Leadership Team The Chapter Leadership
Team strives to develop and grow Regional Alumni Chapters in accordance with the Association’s Strategic Plan. The primary focus is on communication between the Association and chapters, leadership development, volunteer recruitment, and alumni involvement through local activities.
