Bio: Dr. Ahearn completed his D.PT. at the Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC) in 2013 in physical therapy. Prior to completing his terminal degree Dr. Ahearn worked as a strength and conditioning coach as well as an athlete development coach in Charlotte, NC and Charleston, SC. Dr. Ahearn teaches motor behavior (EXSI 315) and strength and conditioning theory and practice (EXSI 420).

Dr. Ahearn enjoys spending time with his wife and two girls.

Bio: Dr. Grannis completed his Ph.D. at Springfield College in Exercise Physiology in 2001. Prior to completing his terminal degree, Dr. Graniss spent 12 years as the head soccer coach at Dallas Baptist University in Dallas, T.X. Dr. Grannis teaches nutrition for wellness and performance (EXSI 224), kinesiology (EXSI 335), exercise programming for special populations (EXSI 410), and exercise physiology (EXSI 306, 406) as well as serving as the Carolina Chiropractic Plus Human Performance Laboratory Director.

Dr. Graniss is heavily involved in youth sports with his two sons. He also enjoys playing hockey and working on his family's mini-farm.

Bio: Dr. Hartman completed his Ph.D. at the University of Virginia in 2005 in kinesiology. Prior to completing his terminal degree, Dr. Hartman worked as a personal trainer and in college athletics in and around Charlottesville, V.A. Dr. Hartman teaches introduction to exercise science (EXSI 200), exercise testing and prescription (EXSI 310), exercise programming for special populations (EXSI 410), and research methods (EXSI 432), as well as serving as the exercise science internship coordinator.

Dr. Hartman is an avid runner and reader.
