School of Nursing

The School of Nursing at Gardner-Webb University is committed to educating nurses for the 21st century through dynamic curricula with a cultural and global perspective seated in a Christian heritage. 

Students can progress seamlessly through the programs to achieve their educational goals at any level.  The Associate Degree in Nursing Program and the Bachelor of Science in Nursing Program prepares students to take the National Council Licensure Exam for Registered Nurses and can be completed on the Boiling Springs campus. The Davis Nursing Program offers Registered Nurses the opportunity to complete their Bachelor's Degree through distance learning online or in the traditional classroom on the Boiling Springs campus.  The Master of Science Nursing Program prepares graduate nurses in the specialty areas of Nursing Administration and Nursing Education and can be completed in two years through distance learning online or through a combination of distance learning and traditional classroom on the Boiling Springs campus. Post Master's certificate programs in Nursing Administration and Nursing Education are also available for the MSN prepared registered nurse.  The Doctor of Nursing Practice Program is a post-master's program of study for nurses holding a master's degree in nursing or a health-related field who are working professionals in advanced practice including Nursing Education, Nursing Administration, or Advanced Nursing Practice in a specialty area.
