The Noel Program for Students with Disabilities
We believe in the equality of all people and in the ability of each person to contribute in a meaningful way to the global society. The Noel Program will provide reasonable accommodations in order for students to receive equal access to a higher education while striving to assist students to obtain the knowledge, skills and confidence to become effective self advocates. These accommodations and services will be provided in such a way that the student can exercise his/her right to self-determination.
