School of Nursing

About Us

The School of Nursing at Gardner-Webb University provides students with undergraduate and graduate programs of study.

Students may attend the main campus at Boiling Springs to achieve the two year Associate in Nursing (ADN) degree or the four year Generic Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree. Both of these undergraduate programs prepare students to take the National Council Licensure Exam for Registered Nurses.

The Davis Nursing Program (RN to BSN) for RN students is an online program offered through the GOAL Program, a degree completion program for students with 64 semester hours of college level courses. Students with an RN license and an Associate Degree of Diploma in Nursing may complete the nursing curriculum in one to two years. These courses are offered online and in the traditional face to face format at the Boiling Springs campus.

The Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) Program prepares graduate nurses in Nursing Education and Nursing Administration. The MSN program can be completed in two years through the online format or in a combination of face to face and online courses at Boiling Springs. Post masters certificate programs are offered in Nursing Education and Nursing Administration.

Online courses in the School of Nursing are offered through the Blackboard Learning System.
