The Department of Religious Studies and Philosophy offers the B.A. degree in Religion with a choice of five different concentrations: Religion, Religious Thought & Philosophy, Biblical Languages & Literature, Education Studies, or Mission Studies. For students majoring in other disciplines, the Department offers the following minors: Religion, Youth Education, Education Studies, Mission Studies, and Biblical Languages and Literature. Each of the eight full-time professors in the department holds a doctorate in his/her field of study. Students in the department are encouraged; to gain practical experience in ministry as well as to excel in academics.
