Webb Card and ManageMyID
The Gardner-Webb University Webb Card is an identification card and a financial transaction card. It is intended to be used the entire length of time you are at the University. Use of the Webb Card constitutes acceptance of all terms, conditions, and regulations under which it was issued. Webb Cash can be used both on and off campus. For a list of off campus merchants who accept Webb Cash as payment, go to the website http://www.gwuwebbcash.com.
ManageMyID is an independently-operated website that you must register for; your MyWEBB user name and password will not work for the ManageMyID site. Once you register, you will be sent an e-mail confirming your registration along with the terms and conditions of the Webb Card. ManageMyID will allow you to deposit money to your Webb Card account as well as view your balance and transactions of your Webb Card Account. Deposits to your account may be made at the GWU Business Office or online at https://gardnerwebb.managemyid.com/student/login.php using either Visa, MasterCard, or Discover credit cards, or any Debit card that has the one of these credit card logos on the card. A debit card pin number cannot be entered. Deposits made via credit cards or debit card are subject to a transaction fee of $1.00 and must be a minimum deposit of $20.00. If you have a GWU Meal Plan with Flex Dollars, you may also view the balance and transactions on this account. If someone wishes to deposit money on your account, they may choose Guest Deposit on the left side of the screen and enter the person’s ID number. The system will then return the name of the individual assigned that particular ID number in order to verify it is the right person. If so, you simply continue following the directions on the website. After completion, ManageMyID will e-mail you a receipt of your deposit.
