Charlotte Campus
Classes began in Charlotte with the business and criminal justice programs in 1983. In 1995, RN and BSN programs were added and the location moved to a hospital facility. In 2001 GWU acquired its own space at its current location near the Charlotte Douglas International Airport. Within two years additional space was leased to provide the needed classrooms to accommodate the growing enrollment. There are approximately 100 students who attend classes held Monday-Saturday. This is one of only two campuses that offers a weekend program.
