How to Apply

Select Master of Divinity or Doctor of Ministry program for application process

Master of Divinity

To initiate your application for the School of Divinity for the Master of Divinity Program,
please submit the following:

  1. Submit a completed paper Application for Admission with a $40 non-refundable application fee, OR apply online FREE:

    School of Divinity - Application PDF
  2. Request official transcripts of all previous baccalaureate and any graduate-level work be sent directly to the School of Divinity Admis-sions office
  3. Submit three letters of recommendations (forms provided)
  4. Submit Church Approval Form (form provided)
  5. Christian Pilgrimage Statement (1-2 page statement about your conversion, call to ministry, and vocational objectives in ministry)

Doctor of Ministry

To initiate your application for the School of Divinity for the Doctor of Ministry Program,
please submit the following:

  1. Submit a completed paper Application for Admission with a $40 non-refundable application fee, OR apply online FREE:

  2. Request official transcripts of all previous baccalaureate and graduate-level work be sent directly to the School of Divinity Admissions office
  3. Submit three letters of recommendations (forms provided)
  4. Submit Church Approval Form (form provided)
  5. Ministry Essay (10-15 page double-spaced essay discussing applicant’s call to ministry, theology of ministry, history of ministry, goals for ministry, and how he/she be-lieves earning the Doctor of Ministry will enrich his/her ministry)




International Applicants (All Programs)

In addition to the standard application prodecure, the following items must be subbmitted:

  1. Statement of Financial Responsibility
  2. Affadavit of Support
  3. Certificate of F-1 eligibility
  4. TOEFL - Minimum scores: 500 paper based; 173 computer based; 61 Internet based
  5. Evaluation of Foreign Educational Credentials (World Evaluation Service - www.wes.org)
  6. VISA copy
