What is your favorite thing about Boiling Springs?
I love the small community feel where you know people and they know you, but yet you are within a short drive of larger cities for more options for shopping, entertainment and restaurants.
What is your favorite verse?
2 Corinthians 9:8 "And God is able to make all grace abound to you, so that in all things at all times, having all that you need you will abound in every good work." This is such a great reminder to me that God's grace is always there to give me all that I need - no matter what!
Who has been a hero or role model for you and why?
My Dad is such a wonderful role model for me and my family. Every day he puts Christ first in all decisions he makes and every issue that comes his way. He has shown me that Christ is to be the center of our lives. When I was young I didn't appreciate that focus as much as I do now and I hope that I can be that kind of example to my children.
What motivates or energizes you?
Realizing that I serve a God of second chances and that His grace has brought me out of more than one pit in my life and that everyone needs to know that He wants to do the same for them.
My hobbies and interests are…
spending lake time with my family on the boat, watching movies and traveling with my husband.
