The Gardner-Webb University Athletic Hall of Fame is located in the Abernethy Suite inside the Lutz-Yelton Convocation Center.
The Gardner-Webb University Athletic Hall of Fame was established in 1991 to honor outstanding athletes, coaches and contributers for the exemplary role they played in GWU athletics. Our mission is to preserve Gardner-Webb's rich heritage in athletics and to celebrate the achievements of the greatest legends in Runnin' Bulldog history. Athletes eligible for the Hall of Fame are required to be removed from their sport for ten years and can be nominated by anyone. Athletes nominated are reviewed by a committee who reach a consensus on each individual.
