Vice President for Christian Life and Service and Senior Minister to the University
A graduate of Gardner-Webb University with a B.A. in Music, Tracy earned his M. Div. degree at Samford University's Beeson Divinity School. He completed his Ph.D. at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. Tracy also teaches in the undergraduate department of religious studies and enjoys the opportunity to serve the local church through interim pastorates, pulpit supply, and preaching revival services. He and his wife, Teresa, have two children, Christian and Anna.
Associate Minister to the University for Student Ministries
Neal graduated from Gardner-Webb in 1997 with a major in Religious Studies. He also graduated from the GWU School of Divinity in 2004 with a M. Div. in Religious Education. He was ordained to the gospel ministry in 2004. Prior to joining the Office of Christian Life and Service, Neal served for eight years as a youth minister at two different churches. He and his wife, Amber, have two children, Ethan and Bethany.
Associate Minister to the University for Pastoral Care
Stacy joined the staff of Christian Life and Service in August 2010. She graduated from Cumberland College with her bachelor’s degree in Movement and Leisure Studies. She is a graduate of GWU’s School of Divinity with a M. Div. in Christian Education. Stacy also serves as the instructor for the Friday Dimensions and on various committees.
Administrative Assistant to the Office of Christian Life and Service
Teresa is the wife of Dr. J. Eric Davis, senior pastor of Pleasant Ridge Baptist Church in Shelby, NC. They have two sons: Alex, who is a 2007-graduate of GWU, and Tyler, a 2010-graduate of GWU. Teresa enjoys singing, camping, and being around people. She is very involved in her church and has a love for college students, women’s ministries, and missions. She and her husband regularly lead mission trips sponsored through the Office of Christian Life and Service.
