Dear CILD Summer Seminar Participants,
On behalf of the Center for Innovative Leadership Development, we welcome you to the 2016 CILD Summer Seminar. The Seminar serves a dual purpose of providing support for the research and dissertation process for doctoral candidates as well as a professional development component for both faculty and adjunct faculty within the School of Education. At the conclusion of the seminar on Tuesday, July 26, you will have the opportunity to provide feedback so that we can continue to make the summer experience most beneficial to both our candidates and our faculty members.
The School of Education’s Center for Innovative Leadership Development Annual Seminar will be held on Monday, July 25 and Tuesday, July 26, 2016 at the Tucker Student Center on the Boiling Springs, North Carolina campus.
The Seminar theme this year is "Leadership and Followership: Building Capacity for the Future." Providing the keynote address is Association of Talent Development professional, MJ Hall. Dr. Hall is an author, educator, and internationally acclaimed performance coach and work-learn designer for strategy and program management.
