The University Housekeeping Department is committed to providing the University workplaces with a healthy and safe environment for staff, students, and visitors. While Recognizing that a well kept workplace minimizes the probability of accidental injury to people and damage to property.

Housekeeping Responsibilities

  • All staff and students are responsible for keeping their own work areas neat and tidy.
  • The housekeeping staff will remove all office and campus trash daily. Floors are kept clear of objects, and substances which could cause slips, trips, or falls.
  • Office dusting is requested by individuals through e-mails to adellinger@gardner-webb.edu

 

Work Order Cleaning Request

General cleaning request such as bathrooms, entrances, hallways and windows should be entered into the work order system via building manager. If the building manager is not available please call the plant operations office at (704) 406-4330.

 

Supplies Request

All requests for light bulbs, toilet tissue, roll towels and other general housekeeping supplies are requested via building manager. If the building manager is not available please call the plant operations office at (704) 406-4330.

 

Recycling Information

Questions regarding recycling are handled via email to adellinger@gardner-webb.edu.

 

Event Housekeeping Coverage
