 Background:

John Johnson joined the Housing and Residence Education Team of Gardner-Webb University in August of 2013 as the Director of Housing and Residence Education. John is responsible for the overall management of the Housing and Residence Education Department. John is charged with utilizing all resources at his disposal to ensure that students have a positive and worthwhile residential experience. John brings with him significant experience in Housing and Residence Education from both private and public institutions of higher education, and credits his experience as a Resident Assistant at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville as helping him ultimately choose his life’s work. John enjoys working with students day in and day out. John his wife, Christina, and their daughter are members of Pleasant Ridge Baptist Church and enjoy playing board games and watching movies together. John and Christina also have a son that lives in Michigan.

Background:

Jimmy Parker joined the Housing and Residence Education Team of Gardner-Webb University in July of 2013 as the Assistant Director of Student Conduct and Residence Education. Jimmy’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to serving as the primary conduct officer for the University. Additionally, he is responsible for the Graduate Resident Director and Resident Advisor Training Program, as well as oversight for an assigned residential area. Jimmy brings with him more than a decade of experience in Housing and Residence Education, and credits his experience as a Resident Assistant at Appalachian State University as helping him choose his life’s work. Jimmy enjoys being able to work hand in hand with students, and assisting them in their further development.

Background:

Jessika Raduly joined the Housing and Residence Education Team of Gardner-Webb University in November 2014 as an Office Manager, and was promoted to Assistant Director of Housing Administrative Services and Marketing in March of 2016. Jessika has worked at Gardner-Webb University since 2006, and brings with her wealth of knowledge about the University itself. Jessika oversees the occupancy management/ housing assignment processes and marketing efforts of Housing and Residence Education. Jessika is a proud alumnus of Gardner-Webb University. Jessika enjoys working with students, and assisting them in reaching their potential. Jessika and her husband Jody, and their two children attend Pleasant Ridge Baptist Church and enjoy making crafts and baking cookies.

Background:

Cam Mitchell worked from August 2012 through May 2014 as a Graduate Resident Director for Housing and Residence Education. Cam then rejoined the Housing and Residence Education Team in March of 2016 as an Area and Administrative Services Coordinator. Cam’s responsibilities include but are not limited to oversight of the Housing and Residence Education reception area. Additionally, he is responsible for the Graduate Resident Director and Resident Advisor Recruitment Efforts, as well as oversight of an assigned residential area. Cam and his wife Chelsy met at Gardner-Webb University in 2008, and love the community that the University provides. Cam plans to begin working towards a doctoral degree in Higher Education in the near future. Cam enjoys playing music, sports, and loves to attend Charlotte Hornets and Carolina Panthers games.
