Tracy Jessup is the Assistant Dean of Students and Minister to the University. A graduate of Gardner-Webb University with a B.A. in Music, Tracy earned the M. Div. degree at Samford University's Beeson Divinity School. He completed his Ph.D. at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. Tracy also teaches in the undergraduate department of religious studies and enjoys the opportunity to serve the local church through interim pastorates, pulpit supply and preaching revival services. He and his wife, Teresa, have two children, Christian and Anna.

Neal Payne joined the staff in the Office of Campus Ministries on August 14, 2006. Neal graduated from Gardner-Webb in 1997 with a major in Religious Studies. He also graduated from the GWU School of Divinity in 2004 with a M. Div. in Religious Education.  He was ordained to the gospel ministry in 2004.  Prior to be named director of student ministries, Neal has served for eight years as a youth minister at two different churches.  He and his wife, Amber, have two children, Ethan 5 years old and Bethany 2 years old.

Teresa Davis came on board with Campus Ministries June 2003. She is the wife of Dr. J. Eric Davis, pastor at Pleasant Ridge Baptist Church, Shelby.  She has two sons, Alex, who is a 2007 graduate of GWU and Tyler, a second year student at GWU. She enjoys singing, camping and being around people. She is also very involved in her church. She has a love for college students, women’s ministries and for missions. She and her husband have enjoyed leading mission trips sponsored through campus ministries.
