Gardner-Webb University is announcing part-time positions for Adjunct Undergraduate Clinical Instructors for the Hunt School of Nursing (HSON).
Responsibilities include teaching and managing assigned clinical course based on individual course requirements. Clinical courses include fundamentals, medical-surgical, OB/Peds, senior practicum, and community. Clinical courses are held at facilities surrounding the Gardner-Webb campus, including, but not limited to: Atrium Health – Cleveland, CaroMont Regional Medical Center, Spartanburg Regional Health System, Rutherford Regional Medical Center, and various locations for community experiences.
The Gardner-Webb University Hunt School of Nursing is nationally accredited by the Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN), and offers ASN, BSN and ABSN pre-licensure programs as well as an online RN-BSN program. Master’s concentrations include Nursing Education, Nursing Administration, MSN/MBA. Concentrations in the DNP program include Leadership, Family Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner.
Responsibilities will include teaching clinical in the ASN, BSN, and ABSN undergraduate programs, with opportunities to teach during the Fall, Spring and Summer semesters as desired.

Preparation in teaching and learning principles for adult education including curriculum development, implementation, and evaluation is preferred. Applicants without this preparation may complete the required coursework within 3 years from time of employment.
