Assistant Swimming Coach

Gardner-Webb University is accepting application for the position of Assistant Swimming Coach for Men’s and Women’s Swimming. The successful applicant must have a strong commitment to the mission of the University and the ability to comply with school and NCAA guidelines.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist with practice, training and recruiting
• Assist with academic progression of the team
• Communicate with athletes
• Other administrative duties designated by the head coach

Required education and experience:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Three years of coaching experience or related athletic experience
