Summary and Objective:
Reporting to the Vice President of Finance and Administration, the Associate Vice President of Technology Services and Chief Information Officer (AVPTS-CIO) provides vision and leadership for technology services across all divisions of the University.
The AVPTS-CIO is responsible for the management and security of the University’s academic, administrative and integrated technological assets and infrastructure including its services, shared, and secured systems. These services include the design, development and implementation of information systems, enterprise and end-user applications, security profile and policies, and infrastructure of networks and systems.

Education and Experience:
A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a business-related field from an accredited college or university is required. Preferred master’s degree in information technology or business administration.
Experience:
A minimum of seven years of experience in a technology-related position, including at least three years performing management responsibilities is required. Experience in a teaching or higher education environment is preferred.
