Parking Enforcement Officer

Gardner-Webb University invites applications for the Parking Enforcement Officer. This is a 10-month, part-time position (20 hours per week, Monday-Friday) that will report to the Chief of Police.  

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Enforce campus-wide parking regulations by issuing citations to ensure compliance with University policies.
  • Maintain all parking-related signage on campus and make updates as needed.
  • Distribute and update parking literature as necessary.
  • Develop and implement parking enhancement and safety programs that will improve parking campus-wide.
  • Maintain assigned equipment and supplies, such as cameras, citation books, rain gear and street cones.
  • Respond to and make radio dispatch calls regarding parking violations and complaints.
  • Other assigned duties and tasks related to University Police as directed by the Chief of Police.

Education and Experience:

High School Diploma and a North Carolina Drivers’ License is required.
