Alternate Testing

Students with disabilities may require testing to be provided in an alternate format or an environment outside that of the regular classroom. Professors may proctor their own exams, however, most prefer students test in the Noel Center. All tests given in the Center are proctored and administered according to faculty instructions.

Students will complete a special test request form for each test and submit it to the Noel Center. When a student makes his/her first test request, the professor will receive an email with a form requesting information regarding the administration of the tests for that class. The professor should complete the form and submit it electronically to the Noel Center. This is a one-time form only. Professors will not receive an email for future tests for that course. The professor should submit all tests to the Noel Center two days prior to the test date.
