Documentation Guidelines

On this page, you will find information about how to request accommodations from Gardner-Webb University.

Housing Accommodations

Note: Requests for a single room as an accommodation based on the desire to have a “quiet, undisturbed place to study” or the need for a “reduced distraction environment” will not be granted.  Due to the number of people living in the residence hall, the shared facilities, it is unrealistic to assume that a private room would provide a quiet, reduced distraction environment.

Grievance Policy

Any student who believes he/she has been discriminated against by a member of the faculty, an employee of the University, or by a fellow student is encouraged to file a complaint.
