Alumni Spotlight - Dr. Robert Setzer

Dr. Robert Setzer graduated from Gardner-Webb University in 1977 with a bachelor of arts in Religious Studies, citing it as building the foundation for his future ministry as pastor, counselor, moderator, author and teacher.

After graduation, Setzer enrolled in the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in Louisville, Ky., where he graduated in 1980 with his Master of Divinity degree. In 1992, he earned his Doctorate of Ministry from Princeton Theological Seminary in Princeton, N.J.
