Follow these steps to complete the enrollment process.

Step 1: Celebrate!

You’ve earned it. Tag us on Twitter (@gwugradstudies) or Facebook (Gardner-Webb University Graduate Studies) and let us know how you plan to ignite your future.

Step 2: Contact your Enrollment Development Officer!

Contact your EDO so that they can get you registered for classes, review your schedule, and give you important information about Orientation.

Step 3: File Your FAFSA (if applicable)

Visit fafsa.gov to submit your Free Application for Federal Student Aid. Be sure to use the school code 002929 to make sure GWU receives your information.

Step 4: Log in to WebbConnect

WebbConnect is the portal you will use for important things like accessing your Blackboard classes. To create your WebbConnect username and password, follow these steps:

  1. Access the WebbConnect home page.
  2. Click on the First Time User link on the WebbConnect home page.
  3. Enter your Gardner-Webb ID number, with the leading zeros. This number has nine digits.
  4. Enter your Gardner-Webb username.
  5. Enter your personal email address (the email address you provided on your GWU application).
  6. Enter your date of birth.
  7. Enter your new password and then enter it again to confirm.
  8. Return to the WebbConnect home page to log in with your credentials.
