Ignite Excellence Scholarship

The Ignite Excellence Scholarship is Gardner-Webb University's premier academic scholarship.

This full-tuition scholarship is for students who want to discover their passion and apply their intellect to make a real difference for God and others. Candidates for this scholarship will be academically exceptional students who are looking to be challenged in the classroom. Many of the students seeking this scholarship are planning to be active in our honors program plus participate in faculty-led research. They will be critical thinkers, problem solvers, and have a driven personality which will make them valued members of their academic programs.

Gardner-Webb admissions counselors will nominate students who have achieved high academic accomplishments. The student's academic standing and testing results will be evaluated in light of other aspects of their involvement.
