Chimaltenango, Guatemala

Partnering Organization: Guatemala Children's Mission / Agua Viva Children's Home

Synopsis: We will be going to the Agua Viva Children’s Home in Guatemala. During the day, we will do construction projects around the home, and in the evenings have devotional/VBS activities with the children. You will also have opportunities to play soccer/recess, help with homework, and chores (like washing clothes by hand!). We live at the home during the week and eat all our meals with the children. This is a great trip that truly helps those we are serving.

Guatemala Medical Mission Trip

Synopsis: Participants will have the opportunity to share the gospel while providing healthcare in a standing clinic and a mobile clinic, travel to local villages and schools to provide health and hygiene teaching to adults and children, and assist in a children’s home.

American Sign Language (ASL) Mission Trip (Knowledge of sign language preferred)

Partnering Organization: Fraternity of Baptist Churches of Cuba

Synopsis: The team will work with the Fraternity of Baptist Churches of Cuba doing various projects - ministry to the Deaf at a church that consists of a 50-50 Deaf to Hearing ratio, a service project at the denomination’s campground, and a Presbyterian run clinic where children with chronic illness come for summer camp.

Honduras

Dates: March 6-13, 2020

Partnering Organization: Louder Than Words Ministries

Synopsis: An intense, adventurous trip that will challenge you physically and spiritually. We will be backpacking (30-35 miles total) to 5 remote villages in western Honduras, sharing the gospel with the Lenca population. What we eat, wear, and sleep on will be carried in our packs. We will partner with Honduran believers and pastors to help them reach this population by sharing the gospel, showing movies, performing skits, giving testimonies, etc…where almost no evangelical churches exist.
