Please join us for the 10th annual Everybody Knows Somebody 5k at 9 a.m. Donations and proceeds will be used to assist in funding eating disorder treatment for Gardner-Webb students. Packet pickup will be available from 7:00 – 8:45 a.m. in front of Tucker Student Center.

Knowingly, and at my own risk, I am participating in the Everybody Knows Somebody 5K. I do hereby waive and release any and all claims against Gardner-Webb University, all event sponsors and any employee, volunteer, or officials of these organizations from any claim of injury (including death) that I may incur as a result of my participation in the event. I further hereby certify that I have full knowledge of the risk involved in this event, and I am physically fit and sufficiently trained to participate. If, however, as a result of my participation in the Everybody Know Somebody 5K, I require medical attention, I hereby give consent to authorize medical personnel to provide such medical care as deemed necessary.
