Paralegal Program
This certificate program is designed for individuals who are seeking career advancement or change and the skill set for a successful transition into the paralegal profession.
Our Paralegal Studies Program is a comprehensive course of study designed to train students and other professionals in the aspects of the profession most in demand and most desired by attorneys. The program is taught by licensed attorneys.
In the Paralegal Certificate Program students:
- will learn an overview of the law
- will receive training to prepare legal documents
- research the law
- interview witnesses
- assist in preparation for litigation
The program is designed for those looking to increase their knowledge and training in the legal workplace or seeking a career as a paralegal.

What to Expect:
Students will attend one in-person session on a Saturday, from 9:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m. Additionally, students can expect to complete approximately forty hours of hybrid online learning and research. The course is designed to be completed in 4 weeks.
The in-person session is located at Gardner-Webb University’s Charlotte Campus.
