PACE 703 – Project Management Certificate
The Project Management Professional (PMP) certification will allow you to demonstrate that you are competent when it comes to managing projects, including specific aspects like budgets, goals, and teams.
An overview of Project Management will be covered including addressing the three major processes of project management, planning, scheduling, and control.
There will be discussion on many of the sub-processes that contribute to the major steps. A small case example will also be provided for hands-on discussion.
Students and professionals who complete this program:
