Plunkett Head Volleyball Coach Eric joins the Gardner-Webb program after serving as associate head coach and recruiting coordinator at Illinois State in Normal since 2012. In addition to his degree in kinesiology from California Baptist in Riverside in 2008, Plunkett earned a master’s degree in coaching and athletics administration from Concordia University Irvine, Calif., in 2019. A sports enthusiast, he likes being active, working out and getting outdoors. He especially enjoys golfing, hiking, disc golf, boating and pickle ball.
