Home / People / Richard Horsley Richard Horsley Technical Director Education B.A. Gardner-Webb University Biography Richard is the Technical Director for the Theatre Arts Department and the Dover Theatre. He is originally from Baltimore, Maryland but currently resides in nearby Shelby. Although Richard has spent most of his career as a commercial cabinet builder, his most recent years have been in the world of theatre. He has played Andre in Is He Dead? at Gardner-Webb University but spent most of his time working backstage. He has also been the house electrician at a number of theatres and was a prop creator for the feature film The Hunger Games.
