Three Questions

Get to know Student Body President Bethany Durham.

Bethany is a senior from Johnson City, Tenn.

  1. What inspired you to get involved with the Student Government Association, and what are your goals for this year?
I wanted to get involved with the Student Government Association, because they not only serve the community here on campus, but also the community of Boiling Springs. My goal for this year is to foster a greater sense of community between students on campus and people living in Boiling Springs.
  2. What’s something your fellow Bulldogs might be surprised to learn about you?
I love to punch needle and am learning how to embroider. Hobby Lobby and 7brew are my current favorite places.
  3. Where have you seen the One Webb spirit in action?
I have seen the One Webb spirit in action specifically in the Tucker Student Center, where if someone needs help finding an office or a specific person, people are always incredibly quick to help point them in the right direction.
