Tier 1 organizations are eligible for university funding. Organizations wishing to apply for club funding will need to meet or exceed the following requirements to be considered a Tier 1 organization. If requirements are not met, please refer to the PROBATION & DEACTIVATION OF STUDENT ORGANIZATIONS section for consequent processes.
Tier 2 organizations are granted all rights and privileges that Tier 1 organizations are, aside from eligibility for university funding. Organizations will need to meet or exceed the following requirements to maintain active status and be considered a Tier 2 organization. If requirements are not met, please refer to the PROBATION & DEACTIVATION OF STUDENT ORGANIZATIONS section for consequent processes.
Tier 3 is only open for honor societies. Tier 3 honor societies are not held to the standards stated in the PROBATION & DEACTIVATION OF STUDENT ORGANIZATIONS section. This is to allow students who qualify for their specific honor society to receive the national recognition they have worked hard for without the possible deactivation consequence of not meeting either tier 1 or tier 2 requirements. Tier 3 is not eligible for university funding.
