Join Gardner-Webb for a Night with the Charlotte Knights

Discounted Tickets Available to GWU Students, Alumni, Employees and Friends

BOILING SPRINGS, N.C.—Join the Gardner-Webb University family at The Charlotte Knights on Friday, April 14. Gardner-Webb Cheerleaders, the Sound of the Springs Marching Band, Bo the Mascot and more will be at Truist Field to support The Knights as they take on the Jacksonville Jumbo Shrimp.

The gates open at 6 p.m. with the first pitch at 7:04 p.m. Gardner-Webb’s own Big South Champion Football Coach Tre Lamb is set to throw out the first pitch.

A fireworks show will be held at the end of the game. The Charlotte Knights, an affiliate of the Chicago White Sox, is a Triple-A Minor League Baseball team in the International League. Truist Field is located at 324 S. Mint St., Charlotte, N.C.
