Previously, Montgomery worked three and one-half years as an admissions counselor for Western Carolina University (WCU) in Cullowhee, N.C. In this position, she recruited prospective students and helped maintain and create meaningful relationships with student workers for the Office of Admissions. She has a Bachelor of Science in business administration and law from WCU. Montgomery is enrolled at WCU, working on a Master of Education in higher education-student affairs. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, watching Netflix, shopping on Amazon, and reading.
