Friday, October 17
1:00pm Team Check-in begins. Team space will be assigned to help assist with the ease of parking.
5:15pm Cooks meeting and distribution of 2 pork butts (bone-in)
6:00pm Cooking may begin
Saturday, October 18

Entry/Turn-In Times:
The entry/turn-in times are set as follows for turn in at the receiving table:

9:55am – 10:05am Pork Competition Turn in to Receiving Tables
10:55am – 11:05am Ribs Competition Turn in to Receiving Tables
11:55am – 12:05pm Chicken Competition Turn in to Receiving Tables
11:00am People’s Choice begins
1:00pm People’s Choice ends
1:30pm Homecoming Football Game Kicks Off!
2:30pm Teams will be recognized on the field during the 1st Quarter of the Homecoming game and winners will be announced.

Registration is $250 which includes 2 bone-in pork butts, 4 Homecoming Football Game Tickets, and 1 parking pass.

Bo’s Battle ‘QUE has the following categories: Pork Butts, Ribs, Chicken and People’s Choice. The Competition will provide the pork butts, but Teams will be responsible for providing ribs and chicken.  All teams must participate in People’s Choice.

Awarding of Cash Prizes for Butts, Ribs & Chicken:
1st place in each category –  $250
2nd place in each category – $150
3rd place in each category –  $75

People’s Choice Winner will receive trophy.

Grand Champion – $750
Reserve Grand Champion – $300
