Friday, October 18
3:00pm Team Check-in begins. Team space will not be assigned. First come, first served. Meat inspection on arrival at cook site if competing in the ribs category.
5:15pm Cooks meeting and distribution of pork butts (4 bone-in pork butts)
6:00pm Cooking may begin
Saturday, October 19
11:00am Pork Butt turn in
11:30am People’s Choice begins
12:00pm Ribs turn in
1:00pm People’s Choice ends
3:00pm Teams will be recognized on the field at halftime of Homecoming game and winner will be announced.

My team will compete in the Ribs category. Note: all teams must participate in People’s Choice.

Items that may be sold at your site include: t-shirts, hats, bottled sauces and spice rubs. Vendors are solely responsible for collecting, reporting, and paying all appropriate taxes.

Payment is $250 non-refundable. The competition is limited to 20 teams. Your registration includes 4 pork butts, 4 Homecoming Football Game Tickets, and 1 parking pass.
