Title IX Coordinators, Investigators, Hearing Officers, and Decision-Makers must be unbiased and free from conflicts of interest. Training must not rely on sex stereotypes and must promote impartial investigations and adjudications of formal complaints of sexual harassment. Training attended by Title IX team members is listed below, and links to the training materials are included.
The Title IX regulations were effective on August 20, 2020. All training attended by the noted individuals above meeting the required training components (Title IX [34 CFR 106.45(b)(10)(i)(D)]) related to the implementation of the 2020 Title IX regulations. All materials will be kept by the institution for seven (7) years.
The Title IX Coordinator completed the Title IX Coordinator Certification Course, along with other webinars and online trainings, through the Association of Title IX Administrators (ATIXA), and is an individual member.
