Care Packages

We have sent emails to the parents of all residential students inviting you to participate in this program. You will have five opportunities for you to let your student know of your love and support through the academic year.

For $100, your student will receive the following Big Dawg Care Package:

A Welcome Care Package arriving just as school begins
A Fall Midterm Care Package just before Fall Break
A Fall Exam Care Package just before Fall Final Exams
A Valentine’s Surprise Care Package in February reminding them that they are loved
A Spring Final Exam Care Package just before Spring Final Exams

For $50, you may choose the Exam Care Package in which your student will receive two Care Packages just prior to Fall and Spring Exams.

Each Care Package will contain a variety of snacks, a GWU gift, as well as a thoughtful note from you. Unfortunately, we are not able to accommodate requests relating to allergies or special diet needs.

If you would like to have a surprise care package given to your student, complete the form below no later than August 1, 2024.
