Home / People / Cindy Rochester Cindy Rochester Assistant Director of the Noel Center for Disability Resources Cindy Rochester has returned to GWU as communication access coordinator and accessibility advisor. She retired from GWU’s Noel Center for Disability Resources after 25 years, where she served various roles—interpreter, cprint captionist, accessibility advisor, and assistant dean. After leaving GWU, she worked two years as assistant director of disability services at the University of South Carolina, Upstate. She has a MA, EdS in counseling from Gardner-Webb. She enjoys camping, hiking, being in nature and watching movies.
