Home / People / Ryan W. Erck Ryan W. Erck Executive Director, Division of Student Success Dr. Ryan W. Erck is the executive director of Student Success. Previously, he worked in various roles at Baylor University, including program director and full-time lecturer. He also worked in the areas of student success initiatives and student-athlete academic services. Prior to that, he worked at Texas A&M University within the areas of new student and family programs and the leadership and service center. He earned his Ph.D. in Higher Education Studies and Leadership from Baylor University in 2020. He received his Master of Science in Educational Human Resource Development with emphasis in higher education and organization development from Texas A&M University. He graduated with his Bachelor of Science in leadership and development with minors in human resource development and business administration from Texas A&M University. His hobbies include board games, writing/research, woodworking, movies, spending time with friends/community, and family time with his wife (Kasey) and children (Aubrey and Liam).
