Previously, she served as the HR manager on the senior leadership team at the Walmart Distribution Center in Laurens, S.C. She also has experience in the education field as the assistant HR director at Spartanburg Community College, HR Director at Limestone College, and Chief of Staff at Meeting Street Academy. She currently holds the PHR and SPHR Certifications in Human Resources. She has a Bachelor of Arts in psychology from Clemson (S.C.) University and a Master of Arts in industrial-organizational psychology from the University of West Florida in Pensacola.
