Accelerated Pastoral Ministries Program

Answer the call to ministry through obtaining a Bachelor of Arts in Discipleship Studies and a Minor in Biblical Studies followed by a Master of Divinity with a concentration in Pastoral Studies – all within only five years, saving you time and making the most of your educational investment!

As a student in the Accelerated Pastoral Ministries Program (APMP), you will receive a broad based exposure to the arts, humanity and sciences, as well as scholastic, theological and practical preparation for ministry.

The program accelerates your course work where you are able to finish all of your course work in five years compared to the 7+ years it takes students to complete both degrees in traditional programs. Your five years of academic work is broken into two parts. The first three years of coursework are in the Department of Religious Studies and Philosophy where you will earn a Bachelor of Arts in Discipleship Studies and a Minor in Biblical Studies. The final two years of coursework are in the School of Divinity where you will earn a Master of Divinity with a concentration in Pastoral Studies.
