    The Gardner-Webb Care Package Program offers families and supporters a thoughtful way to encourage residential students throughout the academic year. Each package is delivered on campus at key moments, offering comfort, energy, and a reminder that they are supported every step of the way.

    Because at Gardner-Webb, students don’t just study here. They become more here — grounded, growing, and going forward with confidence.

    What's Included

    Each care package contains:

    • A variety of snacks

    • A Gardner-Webb gift

    • A personalized note from you

    Care packages are assembled with care and delivered directly to residential students on campus.

    Please note: We are not able to accommodate requests related to allergies or special dietary needs.

    Care Package Options

    Big Dawg Care Package Program

    A full academic-year encouragement plan that includes five deliveries:

    • Welcome Care Package (start of fall semester)

    • Fall Midterm Care Package

    • Fall Final Exam Care Package

    • Valentine’s Surprise Care Package

    • Spring Final Exam Care Package

    Exam Care Package Option

    Two exam-focused deliveries:

    • Fall Final Exam Care Package

    • Spring Final Exam Care Package

    Enrollment Windows

    The Care Package Program is offered during two enrollment periods each academic year:

    • Fall Care Package Enrollment
      Typically opens late spring with a mid-summer deadline.

    • Spring Exam Care Package Enrollment
      Typically opens early spring with an April deadline.

    Enrollment is only available during active order windows.

    When enrollment is open, an order form will appear below. When enrollment is closed, the form will not be available.

    Families of residential students will receive email communication when enrollment opens.
