Friday, October 18
3:00pm Team Check-in begins. Team space will not be assigned. First come, first served.
5:15pm Cooks meeting and distribution of 2 pork butts (bone-in)
6:00pm Cooking may begin
Saturday, October 19
11:00am People’s Choice begins
1:00pm People’s Choice ends
11:30pm Homecoming Football Game Kicks Off!/td>
3:00pm Teams will be recognized on the field at halftime of Homecoming game and winners will be announced.

Registration is $250 which includes 2 bone-in pork butts, 4 Homecoming Football Game Tickets, and 1 parking pass.

Bo’s Battle ‘QUE has the following categories: Pork Butts, Ribs, and People’s Choice. The Competition will provide the pork butts, but Teams will be responsible for providing ribs.  All teams must participate in People’s Choice.

Awarding of Cash Prizes for Butts & Ribs:
1st place in each category – $250
2nd place in each category – $150

People’s Choice Winner will receive trophy.

Grand Champion – $750
Reserve Grand Champion – $300

Items that may be sold at your site include: t-shirts, hats, bottled sauces and spice rubs. Vendors are solely responsible for collecting, reporting, and paying all appropriate taxes.
