Gardner-Webb to Take on Charleston Southern Friday at 3 p.m. with Big South Tourney in Sight

Fans are Invited to Join in the Action and Meet at Moss Stadium for Just $1 Entry

BOILING SPRINGS, N.C. – Gardner-Webb and Charleston Southern will meet again at the mound on Friday afternoon.  First pitch is set for 3 p.m. (ESPN+) on Bill Masters Field located at John Henry Moss Stadium. Fans are encouraged to come out for Dollar Day for the Dawgs, where everyone can get in for $1 instead of the usual $5 gate entry.

Gardner-Webb got strong pitching Thursday night and pulled out a 1-0 win over Charleston Southern in a critical Big South series opener.


The Runnin’ Bulldogs (30-22, 14-11 Big South) need just one more win to clinch a spot in the four-team Big South Conference Baseball Championship next week in High Point, N.C.

The ‘Dawgs will wrap the regular season on Saturday at 1 p.m. at home.
