Perry Hildreth

Professor of Philosophy

T. Perry Hildreth (Professor of Philosophy) was selected to participate in the Baptist Scholars International Roundtable at Christ Church, Oxford University, Oxford, UK, August 7-10, 2022. Dr. Hildreth was among 7 scholars associated with Baptist life and institutions from the UK, Australia, Brazil, and the US who participated in the discussion of this year’s topic, Baptists in Higher Education. Dr. Hildreth presented his paper, “Keeping Faith: Maynard Adams and Baptist Higher Education in the Wake of Economic and Cultural Challenge.” The Baptist Scholars International Roundtable is supported generously by the International Association of Baptist Colleges and Universities and several Baptist colleges and universities in the US.
