Everyday communication is widely conducted through electronic formats such as websites/blogs, social media, podcasts, and video interactions. Intended for general audience, this workshop includes information on how to incorporate accessibility features such as captions, alternative text, color contrast, and plain language best practices into daily communication interactions in order to improve the overall navigation experience for the largest audience possible. Participants will have the opportunity to apply accessibility settings and best practices to their own devices. Come with a phone, computer, or tablet that you intend to work on.
