This minor is designed for students who have a heart for ministry and a passion for sports.

Curriculum

What You’ll Learn

Sports Ministry students will explore opportunities for Christian discipleship in various sports and activity-based environments. Students will be prepared for ministry settings such as summer camps, children’s and youth ministries, sports leagues, and church recreation centers. The curriculum includes coursework in coaching, recreation, outdoor education, spiritual formation, and options for age-specific ministry settings.
