The article was titled “Qualitative Identification of Volatile Compounds in Foods and Flowers Using Passive Headspace Extraction with Activated Charcoal Fabric”. Previous Years 2022 Dr. Totten and Dr. Eddins co-authored a chapter titled, “Engaging Students Through Integrated Pedagogy: A Case Study From A Year of Pandemic Teaching.” In P.H. Bull & G.C. Patterson (Eds) Redefining Teacher Education and Teacher Preparation Programs in the Post-COVID-19 Era (IGI Global book, 2022).
